Brew Day...

Last night M and I saw Greyboy at The Fox in Boulder. Great show. He played (spun) with DJ's Thunder and Roots, two local guys who also spin at what used to be the best Jazz club in the state, 'Round Midnight, on thursdays.

Today I think we're going to brew a batch o' beer. Probably something light, a Pilsner maybe. We usually brew one batch of sure fire drinkable beer and one seasonal with something funky thrown in. This time it might be Jasmine. Last time it was compost and sweat socks.
